If you like coffees with unique flavour profiles, this is definitely one to try. Grown by Danilo Salazar, who inherited the farm from his grandfather, it is processed in the natural (dry) method, and has some truly special flavours to experience! It is a veritable medley of fruit.
We had great results in most brew methods with this coffee. The flavours ranged from tropical to berry-like. There was a distinct fermented-fruit note, particularly in the cupping bowl, which we also found quite enjoyable. One of our favourite brews tasted like melon!
