Rwanda Musasa is a returning favourite from Origin Coffee Roasting. Highly celebrated, the Musasa Dukunde Kawa Cooperative is known all over the world for its top quality Red Bourbon beans. Every year, our friends at Origin manage to secure one of its best lots, and always bring out wonderful flavours to enjoy through their masterful roasts.

The Musasa Dukunde Kawa cooperative actually runs three separate washing stations and this lot is from the one named Ruli. Like many of the coffees we've enjoyed from the cooperative, it has lots of fruit flavours to savour. This particular lot seems to lean mostly towards stone fruit and apple flavours in most brew methods, but you may find some surprises depending on your brewing parameters. It's a complex coffee, but always easy to enjoy thanks to its full body and deep sweetness. We have particularly enjoyed it in filter & pour-over methods.
