From the manufacturers of the iconic Italian stovetop coffee makers, the Bialetti Cappuccinatore is the stainless steel counterpart of the very popular Bialetti Tuttocrema. Like its teflon cousin, the Cappuccinatore Stovetop Milk Frother is the perfect companion for your moka pot if you want to make cappuccinos and lattes. However, this version is made of polished stainless steel, making it particularly durable and also suitable for induction stovetops.
To use it, you simply fill it with milk, put it straight on your stove to warm and then pump the handle to create the frothy, creamy milk to add to your coffee. The special double mesh system makes frothing the milk a bit easier than most manual milk frothers, without sacrificing ease of use or cleaning.

Great product
Great product, does what it's meant to do. Much better than the black version.
Tips and Tricks
The key to getting good milk texture is that your milk can't be too cold or too hot. 50-60°C (120-140°F) is ideal. Colder milk will take a lot more effort to foam. Too Hot (65°C/150°F) and you'll get foam easily but it will fizzle away quite quickly. Also milk skins start to form and that's harder to rinse off than just warm milk. I unscrewed the plunger and put a small circle of bicycle tube rubber between the handle and the top of the lid, to make plunging quieter. The best foam happens when you plunge quick, shallow pumps right near the bottom of the jug.
Update!
After using it every day for several months, here's my updated method: Get yourself a reliable deep frying thermometer, at least 20cm long, that clips inside the jug. I start by warming 350g/2people of cold milk over a small gas burner to 50-60°C (120-140°F), I then leave it off the heat while I finish running my moka pot. Rinse the thermometer. Once the coffee is in the cups, I insert the milk plunger and give it about 4 deep pumps, followed by 30-50 quick shallow pumps near the bottom, On the last pump: Raise the plunger into the lid, then remove the plunger (over the sink) and rinse the plunger. Swirl the milk and foam together until shiny and pour into cups. I half fill the first cup and come back last to top it up because most of the foam is in that first pour.
Takes all the stress out of frothing milk
Sturdy design, heats evenly, Get yourself a reliable thermometer. I use it by warming cold milk over a small gas burner to about 37°C, I then leave it on the counter while I run my moka pot. Once the coffee is in the cups, I give the milk plunger about 20 quick shallow pumps, then remove the plunger (over the sink). Give the jug one maybe two strong taps on the counter to break large bubbles, Swirl together and pour into cups. It just works.
