Customer Service & Coffee Specialist

We are looking for people with strong verbal and written communication skills and a genuine passion for coffee to join our team as customer service representatives. The role involves helping CCB's customers in-store and online, via email, live chat, phone and social media.

This is a full-time position that would be based, at least in part, at our HQ in Claremont, Cape Town, but also may involve remote work.

Coffee Equipment & Service Consultant

We are looking for coffee professionals to work with our high-value and commercial clients on a consultative basis. This is a diverse role that is a mix of sales, technical support, account management, and supplier management, so you need to be comfortable wearing a few different hats. Your work will include calls with customers, fielding emails and chats, occasional client visits, as well as quoting and invoicing. You'll also need to work with suppliers to check stock and costing, and coordinate technical service.

Operations Assistant

We are looking for a highly organised and reliable person to join our team in an operations role, helping to dispatch orders and manage our inventory and logistics. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, receiving and unpacking inventory, managing stock, inventory counting, and coordinating courier logistics.

To succeed in this role you will need excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, a good degree of computer literacy, and a high level of motivation and reliability. An interest in coffee and prior experience in retail, wholesale, or eCommerce logistics would be a bonus.

This is a full-time position based primarily at our HQ in Claremont, Cape Town.
