Like their smaller, lower-powered F64 brethren, they feature an easy-to-use stepless dial which is operated below the large, 1.5kg hopper. They are operated via a large, highly-responsive CapSense touchscreen display. This interface allows the barista to choose between programmable doses or continuous mode, as well as between screen or portafilter-driven operation.. The interface also displays usage statistics and even tracks burr wear.
