About the 1ZPresso JX-Pro Manual Coffee Grinder

You could call the JX-Pro 1Zpresso's flagship grinder. It's the model that really made the coffee world take notice of this Taiwanese brand. It may not be the most portable hand grinder, though it certainly is robust enough for travel, but this is a precision tool like you've never seen before.

The JX-Pro has a whopping 48mm stainless steel burr set. That allows it to grind incredibly quickly, and incredibly consistently on any setting from French press to Turkish, with plenty of options (including many in the espresso range) in between. You can also fine-tune those settings to an amazing degree, as the grind setting adjustment has 40 'clicks' per rotation and allows 5 full rotations from the finest to the coarsest. This clever setup provides ~200 settings, each equivalent to 12.5 microns, while still making it easy to get back to your setting by counting the number of full rotations from 0 and taking note of the number markings on the dial.
