The Mythos Echo is one such first-rate fully-automatic espresso machine, capable of brewing a large variety of coffee and milk beverages quickly, quietly and at the mere touch of a button. It’s operated via an intuitive touchscreen interface from which a user can select over 20 beverage options. Each has its own programmable variables so you can adjust to your tastes. The Echo can even steam milk and brew coffee simultaneously thanks to a dual boiler system, making it the ideal machine for the mid-morning rush in an office or commercial setting. 

The Echo also features a 6L water tank and a 750g bean hopper, making it perfectly capable of brewing ~120 coffees on a daily basis. Cleaning is taken care of by an integrated system, so all you have to do for regular maintenance is to load the Echo with the right cleaning solution when prompted and hit go on the cleaning cycle, then just follow the easy on-screen instructions. Finally, the built-in adjustable grinder is relatively quiet, so the Echo won’t disturb the entire office or workspace just because someone wanted a flat white.

About the Mythos Echo Pro

The Mythos Echo Pro offers all of the above, but can also be connected directly to the water mains, eschewing the need to refill the tank. It also features a Multi Drop Bus (MDB) payment system, which enables it to be connected to a peripheral payment device, like a card or bank note reader. This turns the Echo Pro into a coffee vending machine suitable for a variety of self-service commercial contexts, such as on a university campus, in a waiting room, or in a convenience store.
