Great, sturdy product

I am very much familiar with this brand which is very popular overseas. We love this dispenser which we use mainly to store hot water so we don't have to keep on boiling, and provided the ambient temperature is decently warm, we get to keep the hot water in the pot for longer especially when left overnight. But in those very cold winter days or nights, we simply reboil the water and pour it back in. We still save from having to constantly re-boil the kettle. The only draw back of this unit is the top does not really have a screw on cap. We kinda solved this by putting a small plastic container which we have around the kitchen. I don't think the missing cap has a great effect on the heat retention. A bit pricey than the common flasks but it works best when you have young children who can't be trusted yet to pour out hot water into their mugs. Also for older people who struggle with their grip. We recommend this product.
