What is different about this glass edition is that it is microwave friendly which means that you won't need to fire up another plate on your stovetop. Fantastic but Fragile
We've bought two of these because after cracking the first one I realised I didn't want to live without it and had to immediately replace it (as soon as CCB had stock). I specifically love that it can be microwaved and froths milk within minutes.

Very good but only drawback is it requires more milk in order to froth than would be needed if only making one cup of coffee.
