For low to medium-volume coffee operations, the MI20 Touch espresso grinder easily handles up to 150 (double espresso) cups a day. With an ample-sized 500g hopper and 58mm hardened, flat steel burrs, this mean ‘little’ machine will easily get the job done. Equipped with a hands-free portafilter fork and anti-vibration coating, the MI20 has both traditional features and modern innovation. Beneath the interface is a USB-C port for software updates and user customisation.
The MI20 Touch features an icon-based interface, easily navigated with a 3.5” touchscreen, and four user-programmable dose timers for each of the MI20 grinder’s three operating modes. Standard mode dispenses a set dose, “Push & Grind” allows the barista to double or triple a dose with a rapid touch, and holding down the button, Barista mode, enables a continuous grind. It also features an adjustable LED-lit work space.
