You can actually buy bottled cold brew in many places now, but for passionate coffee lovers, brewing your own is definitely a worthwhile undertaking.

If you're just getting started with cold brew, the top end cold drip towers and immersion systems can appear a little expensive and daunting. You can get started with a simple plunger, but that can also be tricky and may not yield results quite as good as a purpose-built cold brewer. About the Mizudashi Cold Brew Coffee Pot

Mizudashi is the Japanese word for the cold brew extraction method, and this purpose-built Cold Brew Coffee Pot executes it elegantly. It's a simple immersion system with a glass body and removable lid to which a special filter basket is attached. This allows you to submerge coffee grounds for a period of time of your choosing (somewhere between 8 & 24 hours) and remove them quickly and easily when your extraction is finished. It can brew on the counter or sit in a refrigerator, and once you've removed the coffee, it also serves as an ideal serving and storage container for your cold brew!

At ~1000ml capacity when filled with coffee grounds, you can get batches of ~800-900ml at a time (in the case of the mini variant, capacity is ~600ml and batches are ~500ml). This means you can brew a few glasses worth at a standard concentration, or increase your brew ratio to make concentrate that will stretch for even more servings.
