Handcrafted in Milan by a dedicated engineering team, Rocket Espresso machines embody the tradition of Fatto a Mano (‘made by hand’). Combining striking Italian aesthetics with commercial-grade build quality and consistent performance, Rocket remains one of the most popular names in home espresso.
When Rocket first developed the Cronometro (previously the Evoluzione), its goal was simple: give home baristas the technology and performance usually reserved for commercial machines. Now updated to the Fast line, this version of Rocket’s PID-equipped domestic espresso machine includes a vibratory pump with an internal water reservoir.
Designed alongside Valerio Cometti + V12 Design, the Fast V pairs Rocket's rapid heat-up technology with a 1.8L nickel-plated copper heat-exchange boiler built to resist oxidation. Thoughtful touches, from dedicated steam and water wands to height-adjustable feet, offer a smooth daily brewing experience.
About the Rocket Fast V
New to the Rocket Fast line is a dedicated heating element inside the group head. This rapid-heat technology means the machine is ready for its first shot in about 12 minutes. Plus, a colour-changing indicator signals exactly when the machine has reached optimal brew temperature. The electronics have also been updated: a new OLED display allows you to view shot times, manage brew parameters (such as boiler and unit temperature), and monitor machine errors. This system is programmed via three buttons tucked behind the drip tray and includes a USB port for firmware updates.
