The Timemore Impulse Impact tamper achieves highly repeatable, flat and even results for your espresso puck, regardless of your experience or skill level. To eliminate common tamping inconsistencies, it uses an internal spring mechanism, coupled with a self-levelling collar for an even tamping force every time. The Impulse stays flat and centred as you press, with a chamfered lip on the base that breaks any suction, ensuring a quick and clean release without disturbing your coffee.

After tamping your coffee, you will feel a satisfying snap, indicating that the tamper has set itself back into place. Featuring an ‘XL Self Levelling’ collar, the Timemore Impulse has a wide support surface of 69mm to fit over a wide range of portafilters and baskets.
