Choosing the right Timemore Sculptor burr set

Firstly, ensure that you select the correct burr size for your Timemore grinder, either 64 or 78 mm. The Turbo burr variant for the Timemore Sculptor is suited to filter and manual brewing methods such as the French press, pour-over, siphon and moka pot, whilst the Flat burr variants, 064S and 078S, offer exceptional performance for espresso and also function as capable all-rounders. Which burr set you choose should depend on your use profile. If you want to grind for espresso, you must choose an 'S' variant but if you're filter-focused, the Turbo burrs may be your preferred choice.
