Constructed from durable stainless steel and aluminium, it does not need electricity to produce cafe-quality espresso. All you need to do is apply pressure to the lever until your preferred yield has dropped, modulating the pressure to achieve your desired flavour profile. This version is the original, Flair Classic, which means it does not have a pressure gauge. While some like to brew their coffee based on variables and data, this version offers you the opportunity to do things by touch and feel, the old-fashioned way, the classic way, you might say.

The Flair Classic has a 40mm bottomless 2-in-1 portafilter, and a patented detachable brewing head for easy cleaning.
