If you like to work by feel, the Flair Espresso Classic was made just for you. It's designed for coffee enthusiasts who want complete tactile control over the extraction process. Constructed from durable stainless steel and aluminium, it does not need electricity to produce café-quality espresso. All you need to do is apply pressure to the lever until your preferred yield has dropped, modulating the pressure to achieve your desired flavour profile. This version is the original Flair Classic and is available either with or without the pressure gauge. While some prefer brewing based on variables and data, forgoing the gauge offers baristas the opportunity to do things by touch and feel, the old-fashioned way, the classic way, you might say. Having the gauge enables you to track the amount of force being applied and hone in on your preferred profile range or sweet spot.

The Flair Classic has a 40mm bottomless 2-in-1 portafilter, and a patented detachable brewing head for easy cleaning.
