Born from a desire to make a great coffee workflow accessible to everyone, Brew Tool designs and sources practical accessories tailored for the coffee community. Whether behind busy café bars or used in home coffee setups, Brew Tool’s range focuses on durable and straightforward tools, from knock boxes and tampers to milk pitchers and dosing gear, without breaking the bank.

From Brew Tool, this matte black Blind Coffee Shaker is a puck preparation tool used to distribute ground coffee. Dose directly from your grinder, secure the lid, and shake to distribute the grounds before releasing them into your portafilter. The ring-shaped cup features a removable internal stem that acts as a plug during shaking and functions as a funnel when pulled upward. The bottom of the cup is designed to rest on standard 58mm espresso baskets, helping to minimise mess between grinding and tamping. This tool can be used for both espresso and pour-over brewing, though please note that some fines may accumulate on the lid.
