If you use a Eureka Mignon grinder, switching between espresso and filter settings can mean several turns of its small adjustment dial, taking time and using extra coffee while you dial in. To make these adjustments easier, Eureka introduced the Mignon King Size Grind Dial.

This larger dial features a textured rim and laser-engraved markings to help you switch between fine espresso settings and coarser filter settings on compatible Eureka Mignon grinders. Follow the installation instructions below or watch Eureka’s video.

How to install the King Size Dial

1. Unscrew and remove the original dial. Give the top surface a thorough wipe-down so the adhesive bonds securely.
2. Peel off the protective backing from the included double-sided adhesive tape, then press it firmly onto the underside of the grind size indicator base.
3. Position the assembly tool onto the grinder to serve as a precise guide, then press the base assembly straight onto the Mignon's top surface.
4. Remove the positioning assembly tool and slot the grind size indicator directly into the mounted base.
5. Insert the small inner dial and rotate it clockwise until you reach zero. To safely verify the zero point, turn the grinder on. You’ll hear a subtle chirp when the burrs make contact.
6. Fit the outer main dial ring over the inner dial, aligning the indicator mark with '0'.
7. Insert one of the included screws into the dial and tighten gently using the provided Allen key.

Please note: This part is compatible with Eureka Mignon grinders, except models with an Easy Setting Dial, such as the Perfetto, Brew PRO, Zero Brew and Libra Brew.
