Made for high-volume use by combining the high-speed motor and intuitive cooling of the EVO range with the weight-based dosing of the Sense models, the F64 EVO Pro Sense is Fiorenzato’s flagship café grinder. It is a significant upgrade of the F64 E and is intended for cafes which require silent operation, low retention of both temperature and coffee grounds, as well as an easy-to-clean modular design, which allows you to take the grinder apart without disrupting your much-laboured-over grind settings. The F64 EVO Pro is precise, reliable, and simple to operate, but it adds a number of premium features. It houses a 450W motor with a built-in cooling fan to ensure that beans aren’t overly heated in the grinding chamber, helping to preserve consistency.
Like the F64 E, the EVO Pro model includes a responsive touchscreen which allows baristas to easily programme doses, use continuous mode, and monitor café throughput and burr wear. It also features 64mm steel burrs and an ample 1.5kg hopper but the EVO burrs are titanium-coated, ensuring better consistency and more longevity. It is the ideal grinder for coffee businesses that face frequent busy rushes and need to be able to serve customers quickly while maintaining consistent beverage quality.
About the built-in Sense scale
The Sense scale built into the adjustable portafilter fork gives you real-time grind-by-weight measurements whilst grinding directly into your portafilter for exact dosing, boosting consistency and efficiency. With the optional Master Mode setting, the F64 EVO Pro Sense automatically detects portafilter weight, and knows whether to immediately dose for a single or double shot, streamlining café workflow. Direct Mode is still available if you require flexibility alongside Master Mode.
About the F64 EVO Pro Sense
The Pro version of the Fiorenzato F64 EVO Sense grinder is geared towards environments which require fast cleans and flexibility for both clarity in each cup, and variety in coffee offerings. With an easy-to-remove grinding chamber, disassembly for regular cleaning and maintenance is quick and does not require changing your preferred adjustments. What also sets the Pro variant apart is its high-definition IPS touchscreen with greater responsiveness than LCD screens.
