Presso’s dosing funnel (or collar, if you prefer) is compatible with any 58mm portafilter, and attaches snugly and reliably thanks to a magnetic edge. By raising a “lip” above your portafilter, the funnel lowers the chances of your coffee spraying out of the portafilter. It also provides a kind of chute for grinds to slide down, ensuring that they land more neatly into your portafilter and that they are more evenly distributed.
