The gentle 3-bar pre-infusion ensures even puck saturation and reduces the risk of channelling during the main extraction phase, while the 3-bar post-infusion finishing stage gently tapers off extraction to minimise unwanted bitterness. Alongside the internal upgrades, the machine introduces a practical workflow improvement for the home barista.
